Strength and Stretch
Intentional strength meets deep, assisted stretch. This class combines controlled, Pilates-based strength work using light weights with reformer-assisted stretching to target deep into the muscles, improve flexibility, and enhance overall body awareness.
Pilates & Barre
Rooted in my B.S. in Dance, this Pilates and barre class blends athletic training with refined, dance-inspired conditioning. Using the Pilates ball and controlled technique, we focus on strength, alignment, and fluidity to help you feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to your body, no dance background required.
Beginner Mat Pilates
A soft, beginner-friendly mat Pilates class focused on mindful movement, steady breath, and building a strong foundation. Rooted in traditional Pilates, with light hints of contemporary flow, this class emphasizes control, alignment, and moving in a way that feels good in your body.
