About Aligned by Autumn

Aligned by Autumn is a movement space rooted in mindful strength, intentional flow, and sustainable fitness. Classes blend Pilates principles with fluid, dance-inspired movement to help build strength, support injury prevention, and encourage confident, aligned movement both in and out of the studio.

Designed to be welcoming and accessible, each class offers thoughtful modifications alongside empowering challenges, meeting everybody where they are. Movement here isn’t about perfection; it’s about longevity, alignment, and feeling good in your body.

About Autumn

I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Dance Performance & Choreography and a minor in General Business from Stephen F. Austin State University.

My background in dance cultivated a deep understanding of movement mechanics, body awareness, and injury prevention, which naturally led me to Pilates. BASI Pilates further refined my approach, emphasizing precision, alignment, and intelligent movement.

I’m passionate about blending Pilates with dance-inspired flow and functional fitness to create classes that are challenging yet supportive. My goal is to help clients move safely, build strength, and feel confident in their bodies, whether they’re new to Pilates or experienced movers.
